Parade 2026 Application
Parade Event Date: Monday, October 12, 2026

Application Deadline: We must receive your completed Application, a non-refundable $50 Application Fee, Certificate of Liability Insurance, and signed Indemnification Form no later than Thursday, September 10, 2026, to be considered for inclusion in the Parade.

Application Fee: A non-refundable payment of $50 is required upon submission of the Parade Application. Submission of the application and non-refundable fee does not guarantee admission into the parade.

Columbus Citizens Foundation Members & Guests: CCF Members and their guests are invited and welcome to accompany us in the parade at no cost. No application is necessary. You may march or ride on a float. Standing room on one of the CCF floats is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up for our mailing list to receive additional information for the day-of schedule.

Absolutely no celebrity look-alikes without the written permission of Columbus Citizens Foundation.

Note: The Application Fee for the 2027 Parade will increase.

Participant agrees to carry and maintain at its own expense: General Liability Insurance against bodily injury, personal injury and property damage to all third parties including and not limited to all persons furnished by you and participating in the Parade in the amount of no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit. Said insurance policy must include the following provisions:
1. Waivers of subrogation in favor of Columbus Citizens Foundation, Inc. and City of New York.
2. Written on a primary and non-contributory basis.
3. List Columbus Citizens Foundation, Inc. and the City of New York and its officials and employees as an additional insured using ISO form CG2010 and CG2037 or equivalents
4. Endorse general liability insurance policy to include ISO endorsement number CG2426 Amend Insured Contract Definition or its equivalent, if possible.
Proof of insurance to be provided on an Acord 25 Certificate of Liability Insurance. This form must make mention of clauses 1 through 4 above.

All persons furnished by you and participating in the Parade shall be considered your employees, volunteers, or agents and shall be your responsibility.

You agree to indemnify and save the Columbus Citizens Foundation, Inc. its servants, members, agents or employees and the City of New York its officials and employees harmless from any claims or demands (including costs, expenses and attorney’s fees) on account thereof that may be made:
1. by anyone for injuries to persons or damage to property including theft resulting from your acts or omissions or by those persons furnished by you and participating in the Parade.
2. by persons furnished by you and participating in the Parade.
You agree to defend us at our request against any such claims or demands against the Columbus Citizens Foundation, Inc. its servants, members, agents or employees for which you are responsible hereunder.
